NATHALIE AHMADZADEH
Nathalie is an emerging screenwriter based in Edinburgh, born and raised in Sweden and of Azari Iranian heritage. She graduated with a Screenwriting MA from Screen Academy Scotland in 2019. Nathalie’s original TV pilot GOOD VIBRATIONS was shortlisted in the BBC Writersroom Comedy, a semi-finalist in ScreenCraft Comedy Script Competition, and a finalist in BBC Studios’ A Thousand Stories Competition. Up next Nathalie is on new talent scheme ScriptStarter by Edinburgh International Film Festival, where she’ll develop her feature film script WOLVES. As an immigrant with a multicultural upbringing, Nathalie is passionate about stories that centre around family and cultural identity from a female perspective. She currently works as a trainee researcher and storyliner at BBC’s continuing drama RIVER CITY as part of the RAD scheme whilst developing original film and television ideas.
