Jeremy was Head Writer for two seasons of TAKALANI SESAME, and a scriptwriter for a number of television soap operas, magazine shows, and children’s adventure shows for SABC and ETV including BACKSTAGE and MUVHANGO.
Also an author, Jeremy wrote a series of YA non-fiction books for Jonathan Ball Publishing – the ROAD TO GLORY biographies of South African sporting heroes. His adult biography SIYA KOLISI: AGAINST ALL ODDS was a best-seller.
Jeremy’s children’s book MY FOREVER FRIEND, a subtle and moving exploration of identity and learning to love oneself, was adapted for the stage, by Jeremy, and was performed at Cape Town’s Baxter Theatre Centre.
Jeremy has a degree in copywriting, and a script writing diploma from the New York Film Academy.
Jeremy was a founding member of 90s indie-rock band Fetish, touring extensively and releasing a number of critically acclaimed albums for Virgin / EMI.
