Jeremy was Head Writer for two seasons of Takalani Sesame, and a scriptwriter for a number of television soap operas, magazine shows, and children’s adventure shows for SABC and ETV including Backstage and Muvhango.

Also an author, Jeremy wrote a series of YA non-fiction books for Jonathan Ball Publishing – the Road to Glory biographies of South African sporting heroes. His adult biography Siya Kolisi: Against All Odds was a best-seller.

Jeremy’s children’s book My Forever Friend, a subtle and moving exploration of identity and learning to love oneself, was adapted for the stage, by Jeremy, and was performed at Cape Town’s Baxter Theatre Centre.

Jeremy has a degree in copywriting, and a script writing diploma from the New York Film Academy.

Jeremy was a founding member of 90s indie-rock band Fetish, touring extensively and releasing a number of critically acclaimed albums for Virgin / EMI.
